Oh Crud™ is the fun and exciting new card game that's like 6 games in 1. There are 6 rounds of game play and each round is played slightly different because Crud is different for each round. Before each round, you roll the appropriate dice which can drastically affect your game play strategy.
The object of the game is to avoid getting any CRUD and get the lowest score. When you get CRUD, you get points and you don't want any points because the person with the lowest score at the end of the game wins!

A Great Game For Friends & Family
The game can be played with 2 to 6 people. We include 1 deck of cards in the game. If you purchase a second game, you can use two decks and play with up to 9 players.
For a 2-player game, we recommend using 1 deck and removing two suits from it (18 cards), plus some additional random cards. This makes it more challenging because you won't know what cards your opponent has in their hand.
Easy to Understand. Totally Unpredictable!
Oh Crud is easy to understand, but so unpredictable because the game is always changing. Before you deal each round, you roll the dice which vastly affects your game play. Depending on the round, the dice can change what Crud is, determine the Power Suit, or determine what card you must start with. The roll of the dice adds an entirely new dimension to each round.
Other factors that can affect your game strategy are the number of players, and also what cards may have been removed from game play. What is your strategy going to be so you don't get stuck with the crud?

It's Like Six Games In One!
Oh Crud™ consists of 6 rounds of game play.
Rounds 1 through 5 are trick taking rounds and are played similarly, but each round has a different objective because Crud is different for each round.
Round 6 is a card stacking round and is played completely different.

What is Crud?
The round objective is different for each round because Crud is different for each round.
Remember: The object of the game is to get the lowest score. Avoid taking Crud, because Crud equals points, and you don’t want points.
After 6 rounds of game play, the person with the lowest score wins.
Roll The Dice Before Each Round
This will greatly affect your game play strategy for each round. The roll of the dice will determine:
What Crud Is (rounds 1, 2 & 3)
The Power Suit (rounds 4 and 5)
The Starting Number (round 6)
The game is different every time you play!
Quick Reference Cards
Because each round is slightly different, we give you several quick reference cards that you can quickly glance at before dealing each round. By using the quick reference cards, there's no need to bring out the instructions each time.
These cards will tell you:
- Which die (or dice) to roll for each round.
- What is Crud for the round.
- If there is a Power Suit for the round.
- Point Values for getting stuck with the Crud.
- If it's a trick-taking round or a card-stacking round.

Just scan the QR code on the box, or instruction booklet and watch videos for each round of game play. Each of the 6 rounds is slightly different, so these videos provide a very quick and easy way for you to get started.

Oh Crud™ was designed so that color blind people can play the game with ease. Each of the 6 suits have a specific color and shape. Even if you can’t see the color, you can see the shape. This is especially helpful in low-light situations where color blind people tend to struggle the most. Papa Ghetti and several other family members have some level of color blindness. According to colorblindawareness.org, approximately 8% of men and 0.5% of women worldwide have some sort of color vision deficiency. This equates to about 4.5% of the entire population or roughly 355 million people worldwide.
